PI and FMN are excited to be moving to the New American Funds PlanPremier. Please follow these steps:

1. Click the newsletter below and read about the new Plan Premier.
2. Click on the instrucitons below for help filling out the PlanPremier application.
3. Click the application below and choose "Save." Save the file to your desktop. Open the application on your desktop, fill is out, save it, and close it.
4. Click the “upload” link below; you’ll see a “browse” tab that will enable you to find the application saved on your desktop, once you’ve found the application simply click “Open”.  You’ll then see the file in the box that you have attached and you can click “Send application”.  Once you’ve sent the application you will have completed the enrollment process.
